Fifteen years shipping regulated digital products across insurance and fintech — Direct Line Group, Chubb, NatWest, and a VC-backed MGA where I was the entire product function. The common thread: products where the evidence, the controls and the cost all had to stand up to scrutiny. I now build AI tools held to that same standard — AWS certified on the AI stack, because credentials should be auditable too. One is live. Seven more are on the way.
